This may be the easiest BB post ever. YHC decided to work off the wonderful fourth of July festivities with some good ‘ole Bojangles’ Biscuits.  Sadly these were not as light and fluffy as the originals. Its amazing how great a work out looks on paper and then after completing a few laps one thinks to themselves why did I do this again?  I hope everyone had a wonderful 4th and this workout is only the beginning to recovery.

Mosey to a dark football field in Simpsonville Park
Modified Bojangles’ Biscuits with Blueberries

Definition from F3 web site states:
Bojangles Biscuit: on a typical 400 meter track, sprint straights and mosey corners, each lap can add 10 blueberries (burpees) if want a blueberry biscuit (Thanks Whoopee in Gastonia).

These were modified because we did them on a football, sprinted sidelines mosey end zones. As we were doing this we did 1 burpee at the end of each sprint adding one each completed lap.  We all did 10 laps. Therefore, each PAX completed 110 glorious burpees before the end of the morning.  Those that waited for the rest of PAXs to finish did 10 x merkins and 10 x LBC until others finished.  Others helped out those in the six. Therefore, it was possible to do more than 110 burpees, and I believe that award went to Sushi.

Due to the time constraint we did not have time to do Mary.  We moseyed back to tower for COT.

Hooch, waiting on offer back from job interview.
Sushi’s M and her recovery from broken ankle.
All other prayers I missed and all those unspoken.

Thanks to the 13 PAX that chose not to fart sack this morning and endured the mental and physical challenge of this workout.
