The Merry-Go-Round: Partner up and fast mosey around soccer field stopping at each soccer goal to complete the announced exercises. (6 pain stations per lap)

1st Lap 5 pull-ups on the crossbar of goal, partner does merkins with hands on back of goal.Flapjack #slipperywetcoldmetal

2nd Lap. Alternate stations 16 partner hi-5 push-ups / 16 hi-5 sit-ups for total of 3 sets each.

3rd Lap. 10 x 2 count Russian twists

4th Lap.  5 Burpees modified with a slow-count push-up & fairy jack jumps

5th Lap 10 x 4 count mountain climbers.#tastingthismorningsbanannaagain

And no time for Mary. 30 minutes goes fast on the merry-go-round.
