It seems like COVID19 fever is gripping the PAX of the Tankyard, as all but two decided to practice social distancing this morning. While everyone else was avoiding the dreaded case of Coronas (something I always thought was a good thing to have in the fridge…) Mrs. Potts and YHC ran around the Tankyard rolling in the dirt, licking public doorknobs, and sneezing on each other. What could go wrong?

Mosey to the Tank to experiment with using it as a prop…did 20 dips and 20 derkins of questionable form, and moved on.
Mosey over to the playground for Hermie’s Hampster Wheel, only to find the Playground demolished! A moment of silence…
And then mosey to the new playground for Hermie’s Hamster Wheel 2.0 – Do pullups to failure, take a lap around the playgroud until you’ve reached 50, er, 30 pull ups (modify as necessary, amirite??)
Go to the swingset for some Windshield Wipers and Gas pumps, 20 of each
Mosey down to Hermie’s Holler (today’s workout brought to you by Hermie, I guess) and pick 2 rocks. Choose Wisely.

Four corners in the partking lot – 20 box jumps, 10 hurpees, 20 Muscle-ups, and 20 rock-squats. Farmer Carry rocks to the other end of the lot, 60 second elbow plank, farmer carry back.
Rinse and repeat, with half the reps. Still 60 seconds on the plank though
Next up – an unnamed exercise (Dwayne Johnson? Beamer’s Bulls**t?) following the Golden Ratio – 1 Big Boy to 4 Tricep Extensions, up to 5 and 20, all with a rock in hand.
Return the rocks and mosey back to the flag, with some Derkins and Squats along the way

I joke about the viral outbreak sweeping the nation, but stay safe out there PAX. Prayers out to everyone affected by the outbreak, and for the leaders/decision makers guiding our country through it
