14 got moving for Monday after the Madness

Warm up:  20 2x SHH     10 2x Merkins     20 2X IW     10 2x Squats

The Burbian Thang:

15 Explosion Pushups run down and back X3

15 Jump Squats run down and back X3

Indian Run to other side of church

Circuit x4   Negative pullups, Derkins x20, Wall Jumps x20, Dips X20

Indian Run back to the field

Burpee Suicide Ladder- start at line with a burpee, 1st cone 2 burpees then back to start for a burpee, 2nd cone 4 burpees back to start for burpee, last cone 6 burpees and then back down the ladder.

Plank Pushups X10 180 degree jump squats X10 then run around the field.

30 sec a side of side planks

15 2X LBCs

30 Flutters

1 min plank
