19 count em 19 PAX defied the “chance” of showers and descended on Peace Center Plaza for the Tuesday edition of #mainthang. YHC won the Q battle royale with Amelia after Spongebob’s #calendarfail. This was the only thing I won today as Amelia (as usual) would smoke everyone.

Mosey to #stairwaytoheaven at Grace Church…Quickie is very quick and catches up
11s with burpees at the bottom #crowdpleaser and squats at the top. Plank up for the six.
10 count then mosey the 50 yards to entrance of the Poinsett Parking deck. Form up in 2 groups.
20 LBCs at bottom, head up the stairs to the top (5 levels), 20 merkins then run the deck back down. Rinse and repeat dropping 1 rep each time.
Group 1 starts with LBCs while Group 2 heads up the stairs. I believe most finished 3-5 rounds. Amelia may have finished all 20 he’s so fast.
