YHC’s WO goal is to create muscle soreness; break ’em down, build ’em back; no pain, no gain, etc. but that’s been a difficult goal given a 45-60 minute workout. Today was an experiment to see if doing the same thing for 45 minutes could cause mild soreness tomorrow. I think it will.

We threw in some box cutters and the guys running away from the PAX were rewarded with 30 squats for the last 3-4 rounds (maybe 210 squats). I can only estimate the numbers,
- 800 meters of lunges,
- 130 hand release merkins and
- 90 box cutters.
The point was to lunge as far as possible, limiting the rest period just enough to make it back to the other side. YHC cannot remember a time his legs have ever feeling so fatigued. Maybe after stepping out of a squat rack 100 years ago.
