So I am learning that the deal #Powderkeg is that when I plane flies over during a workout it is “10 Burpees”.  So, at least in my mind, I thought there was at least 12 fly overs this morning.

Warm Up:

30 really fast SSH–30 merkins–20 really fast imperial walkers–20 merkins–10 windmill–20 merkins

Head to the Picnic Shelter:

Pull Up/Burpee Ladders 11’s (10 then 1, 9 then 2 etc..)

After we finished I quickly gave one of my favorite quotes:  “The great use of a life is to spend it for something that will outlast it” William Jones

Mosey to the Block Pile:

10 Burpees with the Block then While in a lunge (left leg front) do 7,7,7 Curls. Rinse and repeat with (right leg front)  Then In a Squat position do 15 OYO Tricep overhead press

Mosey to the bottom of the steps in parking lot:

Start At Bottom 10 regular Merkins, 10 Wide Merkins, 10 Diamond Merkins, 10 Left arm out Merkins, 10 Right arm out Merkins

Run to  Top Stairs: 10 Burpees (back to bottom) 10 Bupees, (back to bottom) 10 Burpees (back to bottom), 10 Burpees, (Back to bottom), 10 Burpees

Mosey to the Flag

ABS/Core Work: In Cadence 10 Bicycles 10 in and out in Cadence and 5 in/out/up downs in Cadence

This is a great group of men that I am enjoying getting to know.  I love the diversity at this AO.  We have an age range from 15 to 70.  That is amazing to me!
