9 men joined YHC for the first post-anniversary workout at the Station. Earthmover’s proposed train penalty switch from burpees to hand release superman merkins did not carry, so it is one more year of train burpees.

Main Thang
Line up double applesauce for an Indian run down Trade Street. As soon as we crossed Poinsett, we got our first train. This is problematic beyond the burpees, since the tracks are blocking the route for the run. So we do the 10 burpees and then do 50 LBCs OYO. The train finishes up as we approach, so we continue on to the stairs at the side of the Church of God. Joe Hendricks to the top, lunge walk down the ramp.
Next we continue on to Veterans Park for 20 double count step ups at the big boy fountain. I give the PAX the option of using the lower benches, but these men need no audible. Now it is time for 11s up Tank Street, dips at the bottom and, for Earthmover, HR Superman merkins at the top. Not much mumblechatter as we powered up the hill. There was a nice breeze each time Blades flew by me, though. YHC had the PAX grab some wall while everyone finished. There were a couple of minutes of arm circles and arm raises before it was time to head back.
We stopped one more time at the Church of God for 50 Russian twists OYO before heading back to the Station. While there, we had another train. 10 more burpees. Since we were running late (stupid trains), that had to count as our Mary.
