SSH, IW, Peter Parker, LBC’s, Merkins, Parker Peters

Run the loop with called exercises at each of 4 cones
Burpees x5
Merkins x10
Squats x 10
LBC’s x 20
Mosey to the wall at pond
Circuit of Step-ups x 20, Dips x 20, Derkins x 10
Rinse & Repeato

Mosey back up field for 5MOM
Dolly, LBC, Rosalita

She Hate Me Part 1: Squats x 20, Skater Lunges x 20, Dollys x 20 (rinse & repeat for 5 mins)
She Hate Me Part 2: Lunges x 20, Merkins x 10, I dont remember the 3rd (rinse & repeat for 5 mins)

Run the loop to pick up YHC’s cones with 5 burpees @ each cone
Polish off with 5 more burpees

YHC was honored to workout with the Swamprabbit pax. Spurrier was apparently out with a bad wheel – hope to see you, Brother, on YHC’s return in June.
A decent amount of #Mumblechatter was heard amongst the pax except during the running. One Direction started telling the pax how all of the running and lower body work was causing his hip flexors to lock up. He wasnt even sure he could bend to sit on the porcelin throne when nature came calling later in the day. Good. Mission accomplished. Hopefully the workout brought some #downPAINment to the rest of the pax. 2 FNG’s this morning. Keep coming out; you will be amazed how quickly you progress.
