3 other PAX met me in the gloom most likely expecting some sort of gushy, love-themed valentines day workout. While that would have been a good idea, YHC had other plans in mind in light of the recent rain (I forgot it was Valentines day, sorry fellas, I’ll bring you flowers next week)
Warm Up:
SSH x 20 IC
Windmills X 10 IC
IW x 20 IC
TTT x 10 IC
Mosey the long way to Hermie’s holler, with a couple of painful stops along the way
The Thang:
The Killer Bs – Box Jumps, Burpees, Big Boys, and B(D)ips. done 11’s style around the holler, starting with 10 Dips and Box jumps at the bottom, 1 Burpee/Big Boy at the top, down to 1 at the bottom 10 at the top. YHC was fighting nature’s call during the back half of this, and had to pull an Elvis (look it up) at the end. Mrs Potts led the PAX to the Tennis courts where a slightly lighter Beamer met them
In light of all the rain, YHC though it best to go ahead and load those animals into the ark. Each movement was done over the length of the tennis courts, stopping for 10 reps of the prescribed exercise between each court:
Bear Crawls w/ Merkins
Bunny hops w/ sumo squats
CrabWalk w/ Pickle Pointers
Lunges (T-Rex walk?) w/ Bonnie Blairs
Cheetah Sprint (suicide run to each court) to finish it off
