Warm-up:
Side Straddle Hop (25 count in cadence)
Imperial Walkers (20 count in cadence)
Plank Jacks (20 count in cadence)

The Thang:
Started with exercise # 1 followed by running a lap around the parking lot (0.213 miles per lap), then moved on to exercise # 2 and repeated lap, exercise # 3 and repeated lap, exercise # 4 and repeated lap. Conducted circuit of exercises a total of 4 times!

Exercise # 1: 10 Burpees
Exercise # 2: 20 Diamond Push-ups
Exercise # 3: 20 Big Boy Sit-ups
Exercise # 4: 20 Werkins

In total if you completed the circuit 4 times you
– Ran 16 laps, 3.4 miles (further than a 5k)
– Completed 40 Burpees, 160 push-ups combined, and 80 sit-ups

Great and silent workout from me since the circuit used up all of my time (i did have some extra credit planned…), not a lot of mumble chatter for sure. Seal and Slug dominated as always!

Announcements:
– Febuary 17th is Q School at the Main Thing, asking that all Q’s come out for a re-fresher
– Drifter this Saturday, pre-workout at 8:15am, 9:00am is another work-out
