- 10 Derkins
- 10 Squats
- rinse and repeat x 5
There was some #MumbleChatter from @MachoMan about taking a brick from the fireplace without knowing that some #coupons awaited him down the road.
Then mosey on down the road to the #Brickpile, pick up some concrete coupons and head to the FBC Simpsonville church parking lot for 11s.
Thang 2
- Everyone start at 1 end of the parking lot with their #Coupon of choice.
- 10 squat push presses with #Coupons
- 40 yard run
- 1 flutter kick(Four count)
- back to the starting position
- Rinse and repeat dropping a rep of the press squat, and adding a flutter kick until 1 – 10
Mosey back to the shovel flag. Still some time left, so…
- Thang 3
- Line up at the stop sign beside the #Tower
- Lunge walks down to the first stop sign
- Bear crawl back. #Crowdpleaser
