Let's Take the Stairs

15 PAX rolled into the Burbs at 5:30a on Monday morning unsure of what to expect during YHC’s VQ. While several men appeared to be shaking off the weekend cobwebs, Footloose immediately began a steady stream of mumblechatter that refused to be quelled by piles of pushups and stair climbs.

Warm Up

  • 30 x IW
  • Arm circles
  • 10 merkins, 10 squats, 10 burpees

The Thang

Split into three groups, then cycle through the below exercise twice:

  • Indian run around the building
  • Pushup circle (everyone in plank, go around the circle with each man doing 10 pushups then passing it along)
  • Lunge walk across parking lot and back

Keep the groups, mosey down to the lower bowl. Cycle through the below twice:

  • People’s Chair
  • Run the stairs (up one side, down the other)
  • Overhead press with coupon

Break for some ab work. 30 flutters (double-count), 30 crunches, 30 big boy situps

Head over to the lonely parking lot for some more action:

  • 1-leg hop halfway, sprint the remainder (x2)
  • Broad jump half, sprint (x2)
  • Bear crawl half, sprint (x2)

Time for more merkins! Everyone in a circle holding pushup position, first man does 10 pushups, then the next man. All the way around the circle. #crowdpleaser  #bartman&moobsdid100each #mumblechatter

Back up for some final abs. Russian twist, erectors, 6 inches, and more!
