The Thang:

Count off (by two) and divide into two groups.

Both groups work at same time but different stations.

Group 1 – Dora 1,2,3: Track infield.

-Merkins x 100
-LBCs x 200
-Squats x 300

Group 2 – Play ground. Keep rounding circuit x3

-Monkey bars
-Swerkins x 10
-Rows x 5
-Derkins x 10
-Dips x 10
-Pull ups x 5

Wall sits after three rounds until Dora is done.

Groups 1 and 2 switch. Repeat above until Dora is complete.

Run two laps around the track. Circle up for following:

– Dan Taylor’s 6/24

– Shoulder plank touches x 50
– Plank
– Oblique plank crunches x30 (15 each side)
– Lbc
– Rosalita
– Dora
