This is what went down with the core group at legacy. This backblast is late so let’s get right to it.

COP- with the main group

Walked over to a comfy spot in the grass

Bulgarian ballbusters x 15 each leg

Morning Wood x 10 each Side

Merkinators x 10

Slowsey over to the great wall of ghina

step ups right leg lead x 15 OYO

dips x 10 IC

step ups left leg lead x 15 OYO

dips x 10 IC

side step ups right leg lead x 15 OYO

dips x 10 IC

side step ups left leg lead x 15 OYO

dips x 10 IC

Slowsey to the playground full of frozen wood chips

Burpee Bonanza

station 1 Wall Burpees

Station 2 Star Jack burpees

Station 3 under swing burpees

Station 4 bear crawl around the island

AMRAP burpees until station 4 is complete and rotate

Slowsey over the building

Wall sits x 1minute

Balls to the walls

Rinse and repeat

Plank-o-rama

Travoltas x 5 each side

Move to the stairs

Calf raises x 10 IC

toes out x 10 IC

Toes in x 10 IC

At the bottom of the stairs

Squat-o-rama

wide stance x 10 IC

normal stance x 10 IC

narrow stance x 10 IC

Lunge to light pole

Bear Crawl to next one

Lunge/BC/Lunge/BC

And we made it back to the circle but no sign of of the other group so we did a couple laps of random lunges/crabwalks/reverse lunges around the circle.
