The Scene – Cold (26 deg) but very sunny. Pre-ruckers rolled in around 6:50 and everyone else started getting out of their toasty cars. One 2.0 FNG.

W/U –  Mission – check. Disclaimer – check. SSH x30IC. Imperial Walker x 20IC. American Hammer x20IC. Merkin x10IC. Tempo Squat x10 IC.

The plan for Legacy is to have a regular boot camp and separately an IR/low impact workout for those who need it. YHC took the boot camp. Low impact guys (4) split off with Mac.  Pretty sure they just jumped in their cars. We heard them starting up as we ran off.

Thang – Mosey down the pond. 3/4 lap around the pond to the brick retaining wall at the steps for:

  • 7 sets of 7 with partner:
  • Dips
  • Jump Squats
  • Patty Cake Merkins
  • 7 second count recover
  • That’s one set. Repeat to complete 7 sets. Take a lap around the pond.
  • Repeat for 6 sets of 6

Out to the bottom of Legacy Park Rd for Catch Me if you Can Burpee Indian Run all the way up Legacy Park Rd (Last guy in the back does 5 (modified to 3) burpees. Sprint to the front of the line, tapping the last guy on the way by. New last guy does his burpess, repeat, repeat).

Keep going…turn right on Cheddington all the way down to Ruskin Square. Got about 2.5 rounds of the Indian Run in.

At Ruskin Square:

  • Mike Tysons x10 OYO
  • American Hammer x20IC
  • Moroccan Night Clubs x50IC
  • Monkey Humpers x20 OYO
  • Jack Webb up to 5 and back down

Mosey up to the back of the Y.

  • Balls to the Wall x 30 sec
  • People’s Chair w/ arm circles and air presses

Possible hypothermia/gamer thumb setting in on 2.0 FNG at this point, but we carry on.

Mosey to circle. Low Impact guys are getting out of their cars at this point. Ice Man had powdered sugar in his beard from the donut. Mac was still finishing his. 2.0 FNG had to jump in the car to warm up.
