30 calf raises
run approx 50 yds to other side of parking lot for same reps. Return for 30 seconds peoples chair. Rinse/Repeat
10 DC lunges
20 air humpers
30 calf raises
run to other side etc. Rinse/repeat
Head to bottom of parking lot hill near playground.
Backwards run up the hill, 20 line hops, run back to bottom. Rinse/repeat x 4
Head to the #joesteps
10 squats
20 LBC
30 curb step ups
Bunny hop up the #joesteps and return. Rinse repeat x 4. Peoples chair one minute
Back home
