We hadn’t done a Crucible-esque workout in a while at Golden Strip. I sought to remedy that this morning.
Warm Up:
SSH x 20 – IC
IW x 20 – IC
Take a lap around the parking lot
The Thang:
7 Pain Stations positioned around the school:
Station 1 – Wall Muscle Ups x 10
Run down to basketball court
Station 2 – Bear Crawl length of basketball court
Run around far side of the track to 1st set of stairs
Station 3 – Joe Hendrix up the stairs
Run to monkey bars
Station 4 – Burpee pull ups x 10
Run to garden area behind the school
Station 5 – Bench/Box jumps x 25
Run to bottom of Nippler’s Hill
Station 6 – backwards run up the hill
Run back to front of the school
Station 7 – Big Boy Situps x 25

Everyone got at least 3 laps in. The speedsters got a 4th in. Awesome job Everyone!
