Five Pax wandered out of the gloomy mist @TankYard this morning to kill the fatted calves… The meaning of this will become apparent shortly (or, if you were there, every time you take a step for the next day or so…)
The Warm up:
In deference to the pervasive wet… move to the tennis courts
SSH x 20 IC
Squealbillies x 20 IC
Merkins x 20 OYO
Bear Crawl Lap (side crawl at the ends) around one tennis court
The Thang:
Mosey to the Holler
11’s in the parking lot (Plankjacks, cross the lot, jump squats)
Go to the low wall to kill the first calves: Supersets (calf raises 25 reg, 25 toes out, 25 toes in) R&R two more times (Let the modifications begin!)
Hobble to the bottom of the ramp for another round of 11’s (Big boys, bear crawl up the ramp, squats, nice ‘n low, at the top) Unfortunately, this phase of the Thang had to be cut short due to time… At 5-6, regroup to mosey to the playground
At the Playground, killing the rest of the calves, same way…Supersets (calf raises 25 reg, 25 toes out, 25 toes in) R&R two more times (in case you were counting, that is 450 calf raises in total…) Mumblechatter finally starts…
Mosey(Slowsey? Hobblesey?) to the tennis courts for Mary

One Round of Plank as the spinner worked around the circle, 1 PAX doing 5 skier plankjacks
