20 pax circled up at #TOT on a perfect morning to work out.  T-Claps to NYOPT and Lookout Below for pre-running and 3rd Base for pre-rucking.  #doubledown.  Those 3 probably hoped for the typical SSH/HB warm up, but they were pleasantly surprised.

Warm up – nope.  Ain’t nobody got time for that.  We need to get to work.  Mosey to the blocks and find a partner.  Meet at the church parking lot.

Main Thang – Combined repetitions, 100/200/300/200/100.  Pax 1 works while pax 2 runs about 300m around the building and back.

100 curls with block, 200 goblet squats with block, 300 double count flutters with block overhead, 200 decline merkins with feet on block, 100 man makers (#crowdpleaser).  The fastest groups finished in about 35 minutes and went back to decline merkins.  All pax finished.
