Observations: 64 and beautiful

The warm-up: 30 SSH IC, 20 MC IC, 10 Mericans IC, 15 Imperial Walkers IC

The Thang: Mosey around the church, back to the flag for 20 Copperhead Squats, 10 Monkey Humpers IC, 10 Lunges, another quick mosey around the church parking lot and back to the flag for 20 LBC’s, 20 Flutters and a round of Planks. Mosey over to the block pile for 3 sets of 10 curls, 10 tricep extensions, 10 bent over rows then just to throw off the routine we did 10 air presses and 10 curls. Blocks up and mosied to the bottom corner of the parking lot for Dora 1-2-3 with Squats, LBC’s and Air Presses. Back to the flag for 30 big boys and time was called.
