In honor of YHC’s M having a birthday today I decided to play with some numbers. She’ll kill me for telling her age but it’s the same as mine. 42. We met shortly after her birthday 21 years ago. And since it is the 13th, that number would come in too. 14 men would play with the numbers. 42, 21, 13. No cake would be consumed this morning.

Warmup

SSH, IW, MC, Squats. All x 13 IC in honor of Aug 13.

Beast

6 stations x 7 reps of each exercise = 42 reps. Running in between each. Between station 3&4 crabwalk down the hill. After station 6 bear crawl back to start. Plank after each round to regroup.

  1. 6 x 7 ‘Mericans = 42
  2. 6 x 7 squats = 42
  3. 6 x 7 DC Flutters = 42

Slow mosey around to the brick pile.

21 guns. 7 half curls, 7 half to chest, 7 full range. Rest. 7 rows, 7 overhead presses, 7 tricep curls. Repeato for 3 rounds.

Squat Ring of Fire with block. Hold squat position with block while each man did 7 squats around the circle. It ” burns, burns, burns… “.

Jailbreak back to start for Mary.

LBC, reverse LBC, pretzel crunch L & R, Hip Dips, and Flutters with fast and slow counts. All x 21 IC.
