It’s not my fault if this backblast sucks, cause my Weinke was frozen.
6 weirdos circled up and tried to stay warm at PF. Conditions were 18*, but on the bright side, clear skies and no wind at all. YHC promised the pax that we would keep moving. The following is a loose interpretation of what we did.
Warm up (yea right!) – SSH x 30 IC, mosey to the basketball court, HB x 20 IC, mosey back to the flags, Smurf Jacks x 20 IC.
Thang – Mosey around the school to a wall in back. Let’s get warm with a wall of fire! Wall sits while each pax does 25 HR merkins. Various arm positions and circles throughout. Mosey to the speedway.
10 minutes AMRAP – 10 merkins, 15 squats, 20 LBCs, run a lap. Most did 4-5 laps in the allotted time.
Mosey to the flags and grab some curb. Clock Merkins (7 each position).
Mosey back to the basketball court for some copperhead squats.
Mosey back to the wall for another wall of fire – 20 LBCs this time. Various arm positions and circles throughout.
Mosey back to the speedway. Walk the Line down the curb. Plank position and hand over hand the length of the curb. Mosey to the flags.
Rosalita x 25 IC. Lap around the parking lot. LBCs x 30 IC. Run to the lightpole and jail break back.
Time. Good job men. We did about 2 miles of various speeds around the AO.
