7 PAX including 1 FNG (welcome Popeye!) braved the humidity at The Station this am.

Warm-up

15 SSH

15 Merkins

Indian Run to the church to pick up our coupons for Block Dora.  1 train sounds on our way there so 10 burpees.

100 block squats

200 block curls

300 block presses

1 more train so 10 burpees (darn trains!)

Mosey to the entrance for 30 dips OYO

YHC notices the light poles on our route to the amphitheater so we bear crawl to the first light for 5 Merkins and 5 LBC’s.  Bear crawl to the next light for 10 each, bear crawl to the next light for 15 each and thankfully one final bear crawl to the last light for 20 each.

Time for the amphitheater!

Box jump to the first level for 10 squats, 10 Merkins and 10 LBC’s then box jump to the next level for more of the same all the way to the top.  At this point I believe it was Wilson who asked if we were going back down.  Why yes, we are!  10 Derkins and 20 single-count  Russian Twists on each level to the bottom.

Somehow it has not been an hour yet so let’s introduce our FNG to Joe.

Joe Hendrix up the steps, lunge walk across the top and then bear crawl down the steps.

Mosey over to the playground for 15 dips and 5 pull-ups X 3.
