The BB should probably start on Saturday: after an early rise for TBCs pull-up, merkin, and LBC luv-fest at dawn Patrol, YHC scrambled to check off the list of things YHC’s M needed done for our 2.0’s bday party.  Once the party was underway, my tired and sore muscles heard the calling of an ice-cold friend.  As it turned out, this reunion included many of his other ice-cold friends throughout the rest of the day.  The Tankyard Sunday edition alarm clock came early and YHC looked at the phone hoping to see text messages from the others saying they were all sacking.  Then I remembered Flay’s commitment to post, which was good…so that at least one of us remembered…Anyway, we’ve all been there – QIC and quietly hoping you arrive in the gloom to see that no one else is there and you can go home and back to sleep. But you go, not because of you, but because you know some else is going to be there and that man is counting on you to bring the heat so that he can start his day by getting stronger with you.  If F3 were just F1, sacking would be easy, and excusable. Fortunately, this movement isn’t about you and certainly not about YHC.  This Tankyard Sunday Edition was about 3 men, holding each other accountable, and pushing each other to get strong and become better men and leaders. Okay, that’s enough sappy talk.

4th Intersection: 5 Burpees, 10 Squats, 15 Russian Twists (DC), 20 Smurf Jacks
5th Intersection: 5 Burpees, 10 Squats, 15 Russian Twists (DC), 20 Smurf Jacks, 25 Merkins
6th Intersection: 25 Merkins
7th Intersection: 25 Merkins, 20 Smurf Jacks
8th intersection: 25 merkins, 20 Smurf Jacks, 15 Russian Twists (DC)
9th Intersection: 25 Merkins, 20 Smurf Jacks, 15 Russian Twists (DC), 10 Squats
10th Intersection: 25 Merkins, 20 Smurf Jacks, 15 Russian Twists (DC), 10 Squats, 5 Burpees

Conclusion 1: 30 Burpees, 60 Squats, 90 Russian Twists (DC), 120 Smurf Jacks, 150 Merkins
Conclusion 2: Nifty luck that we finished up at the Holler so when in Rome…time for some Dora

3-Man Dora
Iceman and YHC started on the exercises while Wawa ran up the exit hill, down the road to the entrance ramp and back to the starting point.  Flap Jack and Wawa took over the exercises while Ice and YHC took off running
Dora 100: Dips
Dora 200: wall step-ups
Dora 300: We missed Wawa’s company so we reunited for 3 rounds of 50 Squats, running the route in between together (increase squat count to 210)
Conclusion: Be careful when you challenge Iceman to a sprinting race up a hill #WarDaddyIsFast

It’s always a pleasure and honor to lead.  More so when you really didn’t want to get out of bed but F2 accountability pulls through again.  Thanks to Ice and Wawa for being there when I got there and pushing me to get better.
