Who's line is it anyway?

5 PAX rolled up to The Dark Corner in a brisk but clear 31 degrees. The call was made last night with the need for a Q, so YHC stepped up to the plate.

The Thang

Mosey down to the front entrance for 11s:

1 Merkin at the bottom ~ Backwards run up the driveway to the Skyland sign ~ 10 Squat Jumps
2 Merkins at the bottom ~ Backwards run ~ 9 Squat jumps
— 5 minutes later —
10 Merkins at the bottom ~ Backwards run ~ 1 Squat Jump

Perry, Blue, and Grr were leading the group on this one.

Mosey back to the top parking lot for some fun with parking lines:

Bear Crawl to the 2nd parking line ~ 10 Flutters DC
Lunch Walk to the 4th parking line ~ 10 Russian Twists DC (at the request of Grrr)
Rinse & repeat until we reach the end of the parking lot. This is a long parking lot. There was mumble chatter about my creativity. YHC explained the K.I.S.S. principle as a retort.

Mosey out into the field where YHC discovers a long wall and a walking track. We complete a 1 minute wall sit, then followed by about a 30 second session of “balls to the wall”.

Mosey over to the end of the field where there is a short steep hill. Time for “Jack Hendrix” after some brief confusion about Patches O’Houlihan:

1 Merkin at the bottom ~ Joe Hendrix up hill ~ 4 Air Presses at the top.

We do this up to 3 and then mosey over to a steeper hill for Squat Builder:

Run up steep hill backwards ~ 1 Squat at the top

We do this a few times before heading over to the end of the walking track and plank up. On my count, jump up and sprint the field to the other side of the track. We do this 3 times.

Mosey back to the parking lot for Mary.
