9 PAX drove up to Mauldin Elementary not knowing the QIC that awaited them. Brave? Maybe. Indifferent? Probably. Whatever the reason, YHC was happy to stroll down memory lane and reconnect with the AO that houses both of my in-laws (@Mary and @Fred). Note: This AO leads the league in four-letter nicknames (@Noah, @WiFi, etc.). These guys don’t let a nickname hold them up from coffee.
Conditions: It’s time to start bringing water, men. @WiFi lost more fluid this morning than a redneck’s above ground pool in Summer #7 after Rusty wants to give it one more try to jump in without the ladder.
Warm-Up:
- Seal Jacks x 25 (IC)
- Imperial Walkers x 20 (IC)
- Monkey Humpers x 15 (IC)
- 10 Star Burpees (OYO)
The Thang:
Mosey over to the brick wall parallel to the giant hill I thought I missed so much. Pick your partner (@Obama, sadly I had to be the lone ranger…. next time). Partner #1 takes a seat in the People’s Chair while Partner #2 runs up the hill to perform a star burpee. Switch and repeato until both partners get to 7 star burpees.
The Other Thang:
Slowsey over to the bottom of that majestic hill. Keep partners for a crossfit fav. Cindy!

Rinse and Repeat….. and Rinse and Repeat. I’m pretty certain @Fred and @Sushi would have climbed that hill all morning if they had to. As for me, I’m over that hill.
