After a “brief” Q sabbatical, YHC decided it was time to get back in the saddle again…..Conditions at the Tankyard were 57 degrees with light rain – perfect (for a fartsack apparently).  It felt like the early days with a veteran Tankyard reunion this morning.  There was even a return of the much anticipated Dexter, Season 3.  7 got down to business.

Sprint up to the cones at the top of the parking lot – 10 burpees

Prayer Requests: 

Guvnah’s wife had a miscarriage last week.  Pray for peace and trust for them during this painful time.  They are thankful for their 3 healthy kids they have.

Squeal has the final court date tomorrow (Wednesday) for their adoption.

Semper’s wife is looking for a job.

Pray for healing for Bunyan’s nephew, Ford, who is still in the Children’s Hospital at GHS.

Frankenreiter has an appointment with the neurologist Wednesday at 10:00.
