In order to insure that he actually posted today, YHC just put his name on the calendar to Q. Shoulders have been feeling less than 100% of late, so let’s focus on the legs! And the PAX who only post at bootcamps could use a little more running, right? (Not after Tricycle’s rampage on Tuesday, apparently…)

The Thang
Mosey from the Peace Center, east on McBee, then right on Falls St. Down and around the corner until the parking lot just past Engenius.

Continue a few yards up Camperdown and then left down the exit ramp and up Church St. The goal was not an all-out jailbreak, but a hard pace all the way to Washington. That’s just under a half mile, all uphill. I was actually hoping this hill would be a little more intense than it was. Still tough, though.
Regroup at the intersection of Washington/Church for some core.

Mosey back toward Main St but hang a left on Falls again. Stop in front of the Suntrust/GHS building.
Jack Webb to 5
Continue to mosey down Falls until the Engenius parking lot and then repeat the circuit once more.

My original goal was to do this loop 3x, but by the time we hit Suntrust on the second loop, it was looking like we weren’t going to have the time. On a whim, we ran the steps of the parking garage just across the street. On the way back down, 5 squats on every landing (so 10 per deck).

Mosey back home. All told, we covered about 2.5 miles, which you can see here.

Had about 3 min remaining, so we just did AMRAP V-Situps until we were out of time.
