I will have the burpee sprinkles please

11 pax circled up to finish 2015 strong at the Tower of Terror.  Coming into the gloom, YHC knew that some of our brothers (@SoccerMom and @LiteBrite) had a few burpees left from our 3000 burpees in December Challenge.  YHC committed to providing 100 during the workout and that was just enough to get both men over the hump.  Let’s sprinkle them in everywhere to make sure we get all 100.  TClaps to you both, and all the pax who finished that stupid challenge.  The pre-workout #mumblechatter was dominated by talk of safe words.  Hmmmmm….not sorry to have missed the ruck this AM.  Speaking of, 6 ruckers posted at 0430 for some pre-work.  TClaps to @LookOutBelow, @ThirdBase, @LiteBrite, @Ponch, @Thumper, and @Brownie for the work.  Ok, here is what we did:

Warmup – SSH x 15 IC, 10 burpees OYO, HB x 20 IC, 10 burpees OYO, Copperhead Squats x 15 IC

Mosey to the picnic shelter near the church.  11’s with dips and derkins.  Perform 5 4-count SSH between each set.

Mosey to the church parking lot.  Circle up.  Monkey Humpers x 15 IC, 10 burpees OYO, Gorilla Humpers x 15 IC, 10 Burpees OYO.

Mosey to the Flags.  Circle Up.  Alternating Shoulder Taps x 20 IC, 10 burpees OYO, 10 tempo merkins followed by 10 fast merkins, 10 burpees OYO.

Mosey down the street a ways.  Circle Up.  10 burpees OYO, Smurf Jacks x 15 IC, 10 burpees OYO.

Mosey back to the flags.  @LiteBrite to the middle for his last 10 burpees of the 3000, well done brother!  Repeato with @Soccermom in the middle for his last 10 burpees.  We all participated in both men’s 10, so 100 total for the morning.
