7 men got together like the old Johnny Cash song and walked the line. Fisherman was there early, with 4 orphans he rescued from the streets.
No one else was there so we did a warmup run down to the end of the road and back. When we got back the PAX had arrived.
We did a new routine, we’ll call it “Walk the Line”:
- 30 seconds of left leg line hops
- 30 seconds of right leg line hops
- 30 seconds of quick feet
- 30 seconds line walk to push-up
- 30 second plank
- 30 seconds of army crawlers
- 30 seconds of push-ups
Rest for 1-2 minutes then repeat the circuit 5 times.
Did a buddy carry back to the circle. Repeat. Then a round of bicycle crunches followed by 6 inch countdowns. We were sufficiently worked by this point.
