I Walk the Line

  • The PAX - Timmay, Fisherman, Barcy, Dablam, FNG Joseph, FNG Dolkha, and 4 street boys who got kicked out

7 men got together like the old Johnny Cash song and walked the line. Fisherman was there early, with 4 orphans he rescued from the streets.

No one else was there so we did a warmup run down to the end of the road and back. When we got back the PAX had arrived.

We did a new routine, we’ll call it “Walk the Line”:

  1. 30 seconds of left leg line hops
  2. 30 seconds of right leg line hops
  3. 30 seconds of quick feet
  4. 30 seconds line walk to push-up
  5. 30 second plank
  6. 30 seconds of army crawlers
  7. 30 seconds of push-ups

Rest for 1-2 minutes then repeat the circuit 5 times.

Did a buddy carry back to the circle. Repeat. Then a round of bicycle crunches followed by 6 inch countdowns. We were sufficiently worked by this point.
