Form two lines for an Indian Run to the Hampton Inn

11’s on the steps at Lazy Goat
Ferry Jacks at the bottom
Hand Release Diamond Merkins at the top
This was not a race, this was a test of GOOD FORM

Mosey to small bridge over the Reedy
Bear crawl to the other side for some time on the bars

7s’ ladder with inclined pull ups and big boy sit ups (7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 of each exercise)
Second set of pull ups and sit ups with a HOLD in between

Mosey up the steps to Main St. for decline derkins and HOLD on my count x 10

Jail break to the top!
