13 men resisted the #Fartsack and attended a practice run of the #Hope Relay Bootcamp Edition at Powderkeg. I wanted to show everyone what was involved and hoped to give some stragglers an opportunity to sign up to run for a great cause.

Warmup:

  • SSH IC x 25
  • WM IC x 10 

Workout:

  • ¼ mile run
  • 10 burpees
  • 10 Dips
  • 10 burpees
  • 10 Dips
  • 5 burpees
  • 5 Dips
  • ¼ mile run
  • 25 Bobby Hurley’s
  • 25 Freddy mercuries
  • ¼ mile run
  • 25 Plank Jacks
  • 25 Lunges (single count)
  • ¼ mile run
  • 15 Block curls
  • 15 Back rows
  • 10 Block curls
  • 10 Back rows
  • 10 Happy Jacks (5 SSH + 1 Squat = one happy jack)
  • ¼ mile run
  • 25 Merkins
  • 25 Flutter kicks (single count)
  • ¼ mile run

The only difference between this workout and the Hope relay is there is a ½ mile run between workout stations. I shortened them to make sure we finished in time)
