2 Hearty Souls decided that the only way to start a Monday what at the Gate tackling The HILL.

Warm up

SSH, arm circles and squats.

Main Thang

Starting running towards the hill. We took the trail there since YHC’s cub scout pack cleared it the day before as a service project. Needed to enjoy the fruits of our labor.

Stopped across the bridge for merkins and leg raises.

Hill – 10 werkins at bottom and 10 at top. Ran the Hill 5 times.

Head back and stop at the bridge again for merkins and core.


Finished off with more merkins and core.

Ran 2.4 miles , 200 merkins and lots of core. THE HARD HAT OUT
