With Erector put on the DL, I volunteered Monday night to Q The Station for Tuesday. Then came the problem, I don’t know what to do and I do not know Greer very well. So I decided to get an early run in before the workout to come up with a plan. I wanted something different from the usual that we do. So I decided to mosey around Greer for some ideas/inspiration for the workout. List of things I got from my run.
1) What is better than coffee to wake you up at 430am? Having life size stuffed tigers staring at you in the display window at Mutual Home Store. I think I jumped a good 3ft in the air when I ran by it.
2) When Getting lost running around Greer look for the water tower for reference(this happened multiple times on the run)
3) Ran across two locations for possible workouts a speed workout and a hill workout. Then came the question: which one do I pick? I thought which one of these would be my kryptonite and after doing nothing for two weeks, I decided the hill workout
Extra Credit: 30 Minutes of Yoga done by Blue Hawaii and an app on his iPad. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be. This definitely helps out getting your muscles loose before the workout
Warmup:
Run to the parking lot beside the Cannon Centre
20 SSH
20 Mt. Climbers
The Thang:
1) Run to Austin St. to the hill up to Highland Ave. for 11’s
At the bottom hand release merkins and at the top do Turkish Getups.
And of course a train came so add 10 more burpees.
2) Start to run to the park but with a twist. Every house we pass we have to add a burpee form the previous house. For example first house do 1 burpee, 2nd house do 2 burpees and etc till we got to the end of the street. Total 8 9 houses (miscounted # of houses when planning the workout).
3) Head to the Gazebo for two minutes of as many pull-ups as possible
4) Head to the playground for some Ab workout: LBCs, Erector, and Side crunches.
Heard a little bit of complaining this morning and was told I was passive aggressive during the workout but overall great effort by everybody. I will try to work on the passive aggressiveness for next time. NSA was a beast up the hills and the burpees. No matter how hard I tried I could not catch up to him. Good job Blue and Spring break pushing each other, especially during the last set of Burpees. You guys are killing it.
Welcome Joe Wentzky (aka Bambino, supposedly he can crush a softball). Really excited that you came out, its great seeing new people and it was the first time I got to officially pick an F3 name for somebody so thank you for the opportunity. I expect to see you come out on a regular basis.

Pray for Spring Break’s Neighbor that are going through a death in the family. Spring Break’s wife is doing a food train for the family. Give him a shout if you are interested in providing a meal.
