Hill 10’s – a terrible way to spend an hour at lunch

7 PAX tested their mettle against the steep inclines of Falls Park’s Furman College Way. Not much fun was had.

 

If Road Trip was writing this it would be entertaining and witty – but I write just about as well as Mariah lip syncs, so just try and stay focused.

Warm up:
SSH x20
Hillbillies x20

The Thang:
Hiil repeats with 4 pain stations
Station 1: 10 burpees
Station 2: 10 pushups
Station 3: 10 2 ct. Russian twists
Station 4: 10 8 ct. body builders

Stop at every station on the way up and the way down. AMRAP for 30 min.

Mosey back to the flag and plank on the six (just a little over 60 sec.

Recover, we’re done.
