Lordy, Lordy look who’s…39! We had a surprise birthday planned for Sanchez that was spearheaded by Rocky Top and Mrs. Sanchez. The plan fell flat but RT recruited a real solid crew! 14 PAX joined me in the gloom at the #TankYard for what would surely consist of lots of birthday chatter.

We had a little Spurrier mumble chatter that faded pretty quickly.
Mosey to my favorite spot between the baseball fields.
Thang 2:
11’s w/ Burpees and Russian Twists. The kicker here was jumping over the fence between every set.
After about 10 seconds, Snip-It screams, “Hey, Montross. This sucks!” Not another word was spoken until Hermie’s plank-o-rama. Mission Accomplished!

Guvnah brought a buddy of his, Cecil, that has been training with him for some Triathalons. After some Cecil the Lion chatter, more Spurrier talk, etc…we came up with Lt. Guvnah. So, everybody welcome Lt. Guvnah when you get a chance!
Pray for Guvnah’s sister’s family. They’re going through a really tough time dealing with some family and marital issues.
Pray for the City of Columbia and all of the flood victims around the state that are trying to pick up their lives and start over. There were 250+ F3 guys that got together to lend a hand over the weekend.
As always, pray for our brothers, family members, friends and acquaintances that are suffering in silence. Give them strength!
Again, T-Claps to Rocky Top for getting the crew out there. Squeal rallies us a lot so it’s good to have someone else reaching out. I enjoyed it and look forward to our guest Q, Hard Hat, on Thursday. Make sure you come show some support…he’s promised a Q that we’ve never had before.
