6 men braved the heat and humidity for a Remus Bday beatdown.

Let’s get moving!

Mosey to the bottom of the traffic circle on Furman College Way pointing out where Stations 4, 3, & 2 are located. Bottom of the circle is station 1.

This is my bday Q, my birthday is 6/8/74… let’s do something stupid!

The Thang:

I love me some AMRAP!

25 minuutes of:

Station 1(bottom of traffic circle) – 6 burpees

run to:

Station 2 (near steps down to river)- 8 Superman merkins

run to:

Station 3 (gate near big gnarly tree) – 7 4ct. American Hammers

run to:

Station 4 (tag gate at the very top of the hill) – 4 8 ct. bodybuilders pointed downhill

Run back down to bottom of traffic circle – doing exercises at every station on the way back down

Rinse and repeat

3 rounds were able to be eeked out. Good work!!

Mosey to stone bridge for:

People’s Chair

All PAX take a “seat” on the wall while one PAX completes all 4 exercises from AMRAP (order/reps same)
Once completed that PAX takes a seat on the wall and YHC elects another to run thru exercises.

Running out of time – last 3 PAX do all exercises together.

Done! We are all DRENCHED in sweat as the humidity is infinity %.
