Guest Q at the #tankyard

YHC was contacted by Squeal a few weeks ago about bringing my Q game to the #tankyard. I quickly accepted and today was the day. I tried to stir things up on the Twittah machine last night only to find out that this app evidently doesn’t work in the ’07 zip code. Iceman was gracious enough to roll in from Grrr to be my wingman in case no one shows (“you can be my wingman anytime!”). Note to self – fax or pony express next time to communicate with the #tankyardigans

Mosey to parking lot (where there’s a little bit of light)
Shuffle, Shuffle, Squat across to parking lot and back x 2

Rather than trying to feel my way around the pitch black AO we headed to the cozy confines of the Gower Park basketball courts. Gather in the space between the 2 courts. YHC explains the #deathstar workout.
Start in middle bear crawl out and back to each corner.
Corner 1 10 double merkin burpees
Corner 2 30 squats
Corner 3 15 werkins
Corner 4 15 WWII situps
30 LBCs each time you come back to middle before moving to next corner
Rinse and repeat shoulders #smoked
