30 Pax showed up in the brisk morning and got to work. EC ran from the bagel shop again down Verdae and met us there.
The Thang:
Warmup:
25 x SSH
10 x Merkins
10 x squats
Mosey to the field for some 4 Corners. 10 reps x 4 at each corner – Squats, Merkins, Jump-ups, and Burpees. Repeato x 3
Mosey down to the hill for Jacob’s Ladder. Bear crawl up to the top of the hill, then Mountain Climbers at the top, up to 7.
Mosey back up to the fish pond for some 11’s – Hip slappers and then dips. #smokedandhadtoaudible.
Mosey back down to the pond, split into two groups, for some escalator. 5 squats, 10 merkins, 15 jump ups, 20 mountain climbers, 25 burpees, sprint around the pond in between each set. #lotsofenthusiasm
Mosey up to the top of the hill for some 6MOM. Bicycles (old-style, not freddie mercury), LBCs, Heels to Heaven, 6 inches into Dolly’s, Russian Twists.
Finish with backwards run and then turn into an all-out sprint to the flag.
