The top parking lot had recently been seal coated so was a bit slick. We moseyed down one parking lot for better footing.
As I told the guys to line up @Hook&Ladder mumbled suicides?!?!?. Correct!!…..kindof. He got the suicide part right….
Burpee broad jump suicides
Burpee broad jump out 2 parking spaces, sprint back to the start, then to the 4th space and lastly to the 6th space. Rosalita’s when done until, all are finished
Repeato. During the second round, Seal said, “he jumps like a frog” pointing at YHC. To which I responded, “doesn’t everyone jumped like that”??

Naked Moleskin:
– Great to be back out at #Powderkeg and see old and new faces. It’s been a while.
– @Gluten always an inspiration. He gives 110% on all exercises. #noquit
– As I sat down for COT I noticed my left knee was bloody. Had to be the #burpeebroadjumpsuicides. YHC’s form probably suffered a bit on the last couple burpees, grazing the asphalt.
– The workout name is also the name of a song from Snow Patrol. Here’s an excerpt from the song

Better to try and fail than not try at all…….
