Good Old Fashioned ToT Monday

It was an awesome Monday in the midst of IronPAX workouts, so YHC led the ToT crew in a rousing Dora to cleanse everyone’s palate.  Whisper and Church did not seem impressed with the plan and ran off to parts unknown to let their neon yellow shirts fly.

SwampRabbit Half in February.  Whisper, Church Lady, and Road Trip (among others) starting up a run group to train.

Hot for Teacher- Boss’s Dad admitted to the hospital early Sunday morning…not sure what’s up yet.

Franzia’s – Uncle’s prostate cancer number rising.  Had a bone scan and will hopefully get more answers at Duke Monday afternoon.

Sprinkles – Boss has been having a lot of prostate pain and issues.

Benign – 94 year old grandmother in hospital for atrial fib.

Whisper – Friend Gia has rare blood disease.  Will take lifelong chemo and having to fight with insurance over trying to get payment.

Paul Blart (doesn’t attend anymore) – son had back surgery last week, went well, in recovery.
