Partnered up and we were off for 1 lap around the Strip to instruct & demonstrate 10 stations with rotation after each completed exercise.
Shotgun start with pairs at each station as follows:
1. 40 yd Dumbbell Strut with 100/90lbs.
2. Jump rope 50x
3. Man Makers with RUCK (challenge weight)
4. Radial Backhoe tire flip 10x (this ain’t no farm tire)
5. Balls to the Wall 20ft
6. Bench jumps 10x
7. LBC 4ct 20x followed by 6 inches (30sec)
8. All Webb with No Jacks 10x (60lb dumbbell shoulder press)
9. Monkey Humpers 20x
10. 40yd dash
Rinse and Repeat 1x
Finished with 2 MOM…full sit-ups 20x and flutter kicks 4ct 15x
