It’s a beautiful Wednesday morning, or what the cool kids call “Hump Day.”

The Conditions:  72 degrees, humidity fairly mild compared to other mornings recently.

The Thang: Mosey around the 05 trying to find as many speed humps as possible.  At each hump…

Monkey Humpers x 10

Air Humpers x 10

After about 10 humps we switched it up to…

Merkins x 10

LBC’s x 10

Last man run on Crescent and then keep finding more humps on the way back to Augusta Circle.

Total mileage according to my watch was exactly 3.5.  I lost count of how many humps we encountered, but they were plentiful.  This was my first Q at ACES and I must say it was weird to be in the front of the pack at times, seeing as I’m usually the six.  That being said, if a slow runner can Q, anyone can do it.  Definitely gave me some confidence and I look forward to the next one.  Great work by all!

COT/BOM

Michelin 5k is Saturday.  9 man BRR team is looking to fill an open roster spot.

Prayers for speedy recoveries to all PAX and their families with injuries or illnesses.  My friend’s (James Malone) stepdad (Lee Boland) who was in a car accident Sunday, still in ICU and has no feeling in his lower half.

Each day we get out of bed is a blessing boys!
