Mosey to the back of the campus and partner up. As we explore this new AO we are finding new ways of bringing the pain……well the last time I attended #graceland I noticed a drainage ditch full of rocks/coupons. Time to put those to use. Partner 1 grabs a coupon of choice. Line up for modified Dora:
Partner 1 does Russian Twists (with coupon) while Partner 2 runs to the storage bin and back. Rinse and repeat x 2
Partner 1 does Perfect Squats with coupon (with San Diago just having a 2.0 we nominated Snowden to demo a “perfect squat”…well done Snowden it was perfect) while Partner 2 runs to the storage bin and back. Rinse and repeat x 2
Partner 1 does In and Outs (with coupon), Partner 2 runs to storage bin and back. Rinse and repeat x 1

* The morning started off with Snowden trying to explain why he consistently fartsacks #beastside. We heard it all (that’s my fern day, I don’t enjoy running long intervals and the excuses got wore as the conversation continued) to finally land on the fact that Tuesday evening freedoms are the real reason. No more excuses Snowden! #beastsideorbust
* Great work this morning by our 3 FNG’s, we say it all the time but it’s worth repeating…these workouts don’t get easier you get stronger.
* YHC needs to apologize for my cadence, I haven’t Q’ed in a while and it showed. I was off and confused the PAX.
* Not sure how FNG Bo (John O’Brien) got off as easy has he did with FNG Flowerfluff (Thomas Riley) and FNG SportySpice (Jason Vaughn) as book ends during nameoroma.

The Valley has started the book of Romans, great group of men meeting Wednesday’s at 11:45 in front of Tupelo Honey or Café if you are Banjo.
F3 Spartanburg has challenged F3 Swamp Rabbit to the ALS Icebucket Challenge. This will be taking place on Saturday at each of the standard Saturday AO’s. Bring extra ice and buckets if you can.

Prayers go out to parents and kids as school has started back.
Keep Tydre and his family in your prayers. Snowden and I met with Tydre’s father on Tuesday and they have a long road of recovery ahead of them.
