10 pax circled up on a humid morning at the Tower of Terror. Actually 9 circled up and @SoccerMom came in hot on 2 wheels during the warmup. 6 weirdos got in 4 miles towards #Pathfinder009 – TClaps to Lite Brite, Thumper, Third Base, Lookout Below, and Floppy Disc. It was an early start boys, but proud of the work.

Warm up – SSHx25 IC, HBx20 IC, Plank Jacks x 15 IC
Thang – back to the basics. Combined reps with a partner of 100 merkins, 200 BBSU, and 300 squats. P1 runs 1/4 mile while P2 starts on exercises.
11s with burpees and merkins. TClaps to @LookoutBelow, @LiteBrite, and @SoccerMom who crushed this and finished before 6:13 when YHC called for Mary. Most pax got through 7 rounds or more.

NMM – great work by all. We got in about 2 miles combined on all the running. Remember that even the simplest workouts can be difficult.
