15 brave PAX resisted the allure and temptation of the Fartsack to wake up to a crisp, Fall-like morning with the fellas.

Warm-up
SSH x 25
Burpees OYO x 5

The Thang
– Mosey to baseball field for only 5 reps of each exercise (watch out….this one is sneaky)
– Start at home plate with 5 Burpees, 5 Squats, 5 Freddy Mercury (double count)
– Run to right field foul pole and repeat the set
– Run to Center and repeat, Left and repeat, back home and repeat

– Mosey to Tennis Courts
– Start at baseline with 5 Mntn Climbers (double count), 5 Merkins, 5 Ferry Jacks
– Sprint to opposite baseline and repeat the set
– Sprint back and repeat 3 more times (total of 5 sets)

– Mosey to Playground for pain stations
– 5 Pull-ups, 5 Swerkins, 5 Flutters (double count), 10 lunges
– Rinse and repeat 4 times (total of 5 sets)

– Mosey to Holler by the pool and to the wall
– 5 Dips, 5 Derkins, 5 Box Jumps
– Run up hill and around gate
– Rinse and repeat 4 times (total of 5 sets)

– Mosey to Basketball Court
– 5 LBC’s, 5 In & Outs, 5 Rosa-lita
– Rinse and repeat 4 times (total of 5 sets)

Done, right? Not quite…..Earp finished us off with his endless flutters x 40 (ouch!!)

Moleskin

– Pray for TBC as they look for a place to live (after selling their house)
– Pray for Guvna’s new born baby girl and their family adjusting to life with 3 kids
– Pray for Sanchez as he battles through some things personally (endurance and strength)
