Mosey to the steps. Time to introduce the FNG’s to uncle Joe.
While waiting to ascend the steps – Peoples Chair and once done with the steps, Peoples chair

Once we’ve got everyone, mosey down to the lower parking lot for a #GameOfChance
Shake the dice – the green die indicates exercise, total the 2 white dice for # of reps
The potential exercises were
Dips
Derkins
Squats
Merkins
Heels to Heaven
Lunges
The dice favored merkins and derkins this morning.

Mosey round the Church (counter – clockwise) stopping in front for some core work – lbc’s and back scratchers, Then line up (facing the street) and bear crawl to the other curb 5 merkins, crawl back – 5 merkins. Then some Yoga move that @BlueHawaii called out – lunge and hold for 45secs, switch legs

Mosey down to the steps for Joe Hendricks, round 2

Then down to the lower lot to shake the dice for a second time – a more balanced mix this time with more squats and dips – however, still plenty of merkins

Mosey round the church, backwards run up the hill. Tree huggers still everyone was at the top of the hill, then lungewalk to the covered area and mosey down the hill.
