YHC hadn’t had a Q in a while, so decided to bring the pain.

Warm UP:
5 Burpees OYO
SSX x 20 IC
5 Burpees OYO
IW x 20 IC
5 Burpees OYO
Squats x 20 IC
Arm Circles front and back

The Thang:
Head to end of parking lot. We need to make our way to opposite end of lot, but first we are doing Alternating Shoulder Touch Merkins x 25 IC. (This means 50 total merkins). To make our way across lot, do a ratio of 1:2 squats to lunges. So 2 squats, 4 lunges, and so forth. Once we made it to the end we did
Monkey Hummers x 15 IC.

Rinse and repeat to get back to other side of lot. Now time for a game of fuzzy dice. I found a set of dice with exercises on one and reps on the other.

First roll was lunges x 30 OYO. Can’t remember exactly all the rolls, but everyone got the opportunity to let chance bring the pain. I do remember doing merkins for 90 seconds twice in a row. After each exercise we ran to end of parking lot and back. Last pax rolled the dice with a few minutes to spare for Mary.
