Five braved the morning dew helping make Wednesday’s great again. Some PAX were down range while others fart sacked for what is going to be logged as an unexcused absence! No time to be salty lets get after it!

40 burpees…P1 ┬áruns to the street and back while #2 works…all done? Let’s mosey to the wall.

30 steps ups, look both ways and cross the street for 30 donkey kicks.

Mosey to the pad for 50 LBC’s and 25 4x flutter kicks. Mosey one block and hang a left.

Oh look a parking lot…lets finish out Mucho except were gonna do 1/2 NACHO CHESTO! ┬áNow that everyone is warmed up lets mosey around the corner to the picnic tables!

Great place for 20 dips and 20 dry docks…. x 3 by the way! Mosey time and grab some blocks.

P1 hair burner across the parking lot and back while P2,3,4 do curls.

Switch timers…Pax ended up doing 2 sets of curls and 2 sets of shoulder press.

OYO time for Oblique V-Ups x 15 L/R. Grab your block and do 10 Oblique raises L/R. Time to clean up and get to the flag.
